IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services firm, will host an exclusive event on 27 November 2019 on the theme
"Private Equity/Real Estate Funds and Family Offices:
a marriage made in heaven?"
About the event
After a successful inaugural edition of Crossroads last year in Luxembourg, the 2019 edition of IQ-EQ Crossroads will be held in the City of London on 27 November at the impressive Landing 42, situated in the Leadenhall building.
The theme of this year’s conference is Private Equity/Real Estate and Family Offices: a marriage made in heaven? The objective of this event is to create a thought provoking platform that will bring together high profile speakers in both the Private Equity/Real Estate and Family Offices domains to debate the synergies and interrelationships between these two worlds.
We have an impressive line up of speakers including Sir Mark Fehrs Haukohl (Vero Group), Dr Rebecca Gooch (Campden Wealth), Sarah Brewer (Partners Group) and Mark Florman (Time Partners).
IQ-EQ Crossroads is a half-day event which starts at 8am and ends at 2pm after a lunch.
Attendance at this exclusive conference is for C-level executives active in the alternative funds and family office industry and is by invitation only. For more information, please contact Sherizia.email@example.com
Private Equity/Real Estate Funds and Family Offices: a marriage made in heaven?
Much has changed in the Private Equity and Real Estate landscape over the last decade. With increasing interest by LPs and larger amount of capital being raised, GPs have had to professionalise their operating models in the face of greater competition. PE and RE firms who rely on Microsoft Excel while trying to manage disparate systems are now the exception rather than the rule.
As more Family Offices explore greater exposure to PE and RE as an asset class, our speaker will discuss the lesson learnt by GPs in that time, as well as emerging operational trends and how these can be applied to Family Offices.
